For 100% leak-proof and comfort when wearing, it is important to choose the right size. The Luv Ur Body Menstrual Cup comes in 3 sizes:

• Small – recommended to teenagers or women under 22 years old with light to moderate flow;
• Medium – recommended to women who are under 30 years old and have never had a vaginal or C-section birth and also for moderate to heavy flow;
• Large – recommended to women over 30 years and those who had a vaginal or C-section birth and for heavy or very heavy flow.

Up to 12 hours of freedom

Depending on your flow and how regular your monthly cycles are, you can wear a cup for upto 12 hours and insert it the night before the first day of your period. You will have to experiment and find out what feels more comfortable to you.
