We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on the www.luvur-body.com website or any 3rd party websites.

RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Returns must be post marked no later than 14 days after the order is received.
• Original invoice and receipt must accompany returned item(s) in order for refund to be processed.
• Online refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used in the original transaction. An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for returns that used PayPal or a gift card as the form of payment. Gift returns can only be made in store.
• Returns & Exchanges in store are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. The original invoice/receipt and original method of payment must be presented. Gift returns can only be made in stores.
• Online purchases exchanges are not available at this time.
• Returned items must be in their original state, packaging unopened and deemed to be unworn to be accepted for exchange or refund.
• Buy using his site to purchase a menstrual cup, you have accepted the practices described in this Policy.

NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Due to the INTIMATE nature of menstrual cups (since they are inserted into the vaginal canal) and the hygienic standards of certain items we sell, returns and exchanges are not acceptable on: Luv Ur Body Menstrual Cups. If these items are returned, they will be returned at the sender’s expense.
• All Luv Ur Body hand and menstrual cup washes or Luv Ur Body Soaps, gift cards are FINAL SALE.

HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE

• For security reasons do not send return merchandise in the Luv Ur Body Packaging or Gift box alone. Please send the item in its original packaging or Gift box with/in a shipping box or parcel by registered post. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs as well as duties and/or taxes for local or international orders.

RETURNING ITEMS YOU DIDN’T ORDER

Please email customerservice@luvur-body.com if you receive extra items in a shipment or items were delivered to you that you didn’t order. In your email, tell us:-

• The incorrect items
• Your name
• Your mailing address
• The order number on the shipping label
• Courier tracking number (if any)
